Obi Law Group provides litigation, arbitration, and mediation services. We pursue justice for individuals left reeling from a serious injury, protect the interests of business owners in commercial disputes, and provide heartfelt counsel and representation to individuals and families in difficult estate litigation.
Business litigation may arise from all business relationships and disputes: workplace disagreements, allegations of harassment, product failure, or poorly written contracts. Handling the legal strategy of a business is a delicate matter that can break a company or save it.
At the Obi Law Group, we are dedicated to protecting the rights of the injured and holding negligent individuals and companies accountable for the damage they cause to innocent people. We understand the life altering impact these injuries have on careers and families, and bring Heartfelt Counsel in seeking justice for our clients.
Setting up trusts is one way to avoid many of the problems that come with wills and probate court. However, trust litigation can still occur for a variety of reasons. It is important to understand how to avoid problems and disputes in the first place, as well as know what rights you have and can protect with the assistance of a trust litigation attorney
Not all legal disputes have to be litigated. Mediation and Arbitration are confidential processes by which many serious disputes get resolved. In mediation and arbitration, a neutral third party—usually an experienced litigator, a former judge, or an active magistrate judge—hears from both sides of a dispute all of the facts and applicable law. The mediator/arbitrator then conducts diplomacy between the two sides, working toward a settlement.
